The villa is a large 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom executive villa that has approx. 1900 sq. feet of air conditioned and heated living space. Most rooms have ceiling fans and the villa has a further approx. 500 sq. feet of screened pool and deck area for your enjoyment.

Upon entering the villa you will see the large and spacious formal living room and dining room which is furnished to give a relaxed and comfortable environment as are all the rooms in our villa. The separate dining area allows you to be that little bit more formal. From there you enter the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a large Fridge/Freezer with Cooker, Microwave and Dishwasher. There is also a large washing machine and a separate matching tumble dryer located in the garage. The kitchen then gives way to the family room which is open plan with ample living space. The open plan area consists of living room with with DVD Player, VCR, PS2 and TV plus High Speed Internet access.

The Master Bedroom is situated on the left hand side of the villa and has a queen sized bed with a en-suite bathroom. On the right handside of the villa is the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms. The bedrooms have been furnished to give flexible sleeping accommodation for up to 8 people. The 2nd bedroom features a queen sized bed and has a en-suite bathroom. The 3rd and 4th bedroom features twin beds with docking stations for iPod's. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms both have access to a shared pool bathroom.

Enjoy watching the sunset from our private pool as our villa has a very sought after west facing pool view. The pool also has heating, so no matter what time of year you visit us you can always count on getting into a warm swimming pool.

One of the villas unique features is our in-house games room so after a splash in the pool you and your family can join in some family fun.

We also provide you with a Welcome pack to help you enjoy the fist day without the need to visit a supermarket. Pack includes; bread, butter, eggs, bacon, cheese, milk, juice, water, coffee, tea, sugar, cookies and fruit.
